Religious movies are few and far between nowadays, which is unfortunate because this film shows just how much is yet to be done with them. This has a fairly well-known cast, excellent plot with more than just one surface value, and an absolutely stunning cinematographic approach which amazes with every viewing. The ending blew me out of the water the first time I saw it, and since then I’ve been enticed with the minute details and hints to it throughout the movie. But enough preaching from me, watch it yourself to see just how spectacular it is.
