It’s bird! It’s a plane! It’s…Ads by Google.

Before you go swearing me off, let me tell you: this blogging thing isn’t as cheap as it used to be. I was able to run my first blog (I would hardly call it a blog, but anyway…) for the low low price of $0 a month, which I must say, was lovely. But that’s because I didn’t need to host any files. My box.net account is the one I use to re-host all the files I get from The Downplayer so that you beautiful people can have easy access to them. But in approximately two weeks my free gigabyte of space will be exhausted and I’ll have to start paying to use the site.

Not that I really mind, it’s only $10 a month. But as I found out, college is expensive. And that $10 a month is going to add up pretty quickly. So I figure that it was time for me to get some income to pay for this website. It’s not going to net me millions or anything crazy like that, but hopefully it will be enough to let me continue running this blog which I love like a son. A cute, four-month old baby, who whines half the time and craps all the time.

Depending on how well these ads profit, I might have to start panhandling on street corners. Because I’m totally not already doing that or anything.
