The movie started off well but ended incredibly awful. The car falling in the middle of the sky, the hoards of police and soldiers filling a plaza. To call it outrageous is not enough, it was stupid. Not even the magnificent soundtrack (increased tenfold by the cameos of various singers) could save this film. However, I watched this with a native Chicagoan, which was neat, since he was able to point out the filming locations in the movie.
