The Switch I have a very limited view of chick flicks, so I usually dislike them, but this was a rare exception. Jason Bateman did an excellent job as the ‘best-friend-who-cannot-make-the-first-move’ character, and Jennifer Aniston played a great ‘beautiful-girl-waiting-for-her-best friend-to-start-something.’ Combine them with an adorable little kid who’s brain’s bigger than he is, and you get a fantastic movie. Jeff Goldblum was the perfect accomplice for Bateman, but I felt that Patrick Wilson was lacking. The other part I disliked was Sebastian getting into a fight, but it was a minor complaint to an otherwise above average film. 4 / 5
